“I am so excited to share his story! Truly life changing!!!”
“Thank you for this inspirational movie – my mom passed away from ALS and her faith, like John’s, was a great source of comfort and strength. I encourage everyone to see this powerful film!”
Our thanks to everyone who attended our screening of The Luckiest Man at Northwest Bible Church. Over 750 people filled the sanctuary last Friday, January 22, to honor John Paine and his family. We were so thankful that John was not only able to join us for the Q&A, but also share his heartfelt words of wisdom with us.
Following the film, Pastor Neil Tomba lead an insightful Q&A session with the Paine family and Fotolanthropy, tackling questions such as “What is it that makes John’s story so captivating?”, “Can I have the type of relationship with God that John has without going through the tragedy he has?” and “How can we be there for others going through incredibly difficult life circumstances that are almost impossible for us to relate to?” It was such a treat to hear John answer many of these questions himself and hear how the film has caused many individuals to wrestle with the big questions about their own life. (You can more photos from Friday’s screening below.)
If you attended Friday’s screening or our Dallas premiere in October, we’d love for you to share your thoughts on the film by sharing your review on our official IMDb page for the film – bit.ly/luckiestmanfilmreview. Your reviews and sharing the film on social media will help us bring “The Luckiest Man” and John’s powerful story to other cities across the country!
